CANCELLATION POLICY – SERIVALO

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, a preorder, or a try before you buy option. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel this type of purchase.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription length and the frequency you select.

Your payment information will be stored securely and you will be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.

All subscriptions have a minimum commitment of 2 orders (the initial order plus 1 additional recurring order). The option to cancel will be available once the second order has been processed; cancellations are not accepted between the first and second order.

Once this minimum has been met, you can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Order confirmation emails contain links to your order. From there you can manage your subscription.

Preorders

When you purchase a preorder, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or will soon be available, but is not yet in inventory. We may charge no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then charge the full or remaining payment on a future date.

You can cancel a partially paid preorder that has not yet been prepared. If the order has already been prepared, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our refund policy for more information about returns and refunds.

Try before you buy

When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before the order is prepared. You will have a set period of time to decide whether you want to keep the item. Once that period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method the full amount.
